Every Premier Essential VSC plan is designed to help you keep your vehicle running smoothly. Should there be a covered failure, Premier Essential VSC provides additional assistance to help you get back on the road with minimal inconvenience. Three valuable additional benefits are provided with each coverage plan at no additional cost to you.

Included With All Coverage Plans:

SUBSTITUTE TRANSPORTATION

In the event of a covered mechanical breakdown, reimbursement for substitute transportation will be provided. Premier Essential VSC provides the coverage and convenience of rental vehicle reimbursement through dealerships or licensed rental agencies. Up to $45 per day, 5 day maximum.

TRIP INTERRUPTION

Mechanical breakdowns don't always happen close to home. The Premier Essential VSC provides for reimbursement of trip interruption expenses incurred in connection with a covered breakdown occurring more than 100 miles from your home. Up to $75 per day, 3 day maximum.

EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

The Premier Essential VSC provides for non-accident related emergency roadside assistance. You simply contact our service provider to make a service request. Up to $100 per incident.
Services include:

• Towing
• Jump Starts
• Flat Tire Changes (using your spare tire)
• Fluid Delivery (cost of fluids is extra)
• Lockout Service (key cutting/replacement is extra)
• Concierge Service (courtesy help and emergency phone call support)

EXCLUSIONARY COVERAGE

Exclusionary Coverage offers protection for just about every vehicle failure. Unless the item is listed as NOT being covered, it is. Some items are, of course excluded, such as: routine maintenance items like oil, coolant, fluids, refrigerant and others. Items that need replacement on a regular basis such as battery and cables, lights and bulbs, tires, brake pads, drums and shoes, exhaust system components, shock absorbers and strut cartridges. Appearance and exterior items such as bright metal, ornaments, vinyl, paint and wheel covers are also not covered. Interior items such as upholstery, buttons, carpet, door and window handles are also not covered. Please see the VSC for a complete list of items that are not covered under Exclusionary Coverage.
