This car was returned to BMW for a non-conformity with the warranty (airbag recall). BMW graciously repurchased the car from the owner and replaced the control unit to meet all manufacturer specifications. BMW will very commonly repurchase cars to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Most importantly, the BMW warranty remains on this until 10/12/2017, or 50k miles.
