This car was returned to BMW for a non-conformity with the warranty (service engine soon light on). BMW graciously repurchased the car from the owner and replaced the fuel pump assembly and tank breather hose to meet all BMW manufacturer specs. BMW will very commonly repurchase cars to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Most importantly, the BMW warranty remains on this until 01/13/2019, or 50k miles.
