This car was returned to BMW for a non-conformity with the warranty (start/stop function not working). BMW graciously repurchased the car from the owner and replaced the DME control unit to meet all BMW manufacturer specs. BMW will very commonly repurchase cars to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Most importantly, the BMW warranty remains on this until 03/19/2019, or 50k miles.
